- Press the “Submit Property” button on the top centre of the home page.
Basic information

- Just Below the title write a property description. It’s very important that you write a description a buyer would like to read not a generic description with hashtags and symbols. Otherwise a buyer will pick an alternative Lister that can describe their property well.
- Include the price of the property. In this section the first box has Sale or Rent Price, enter only digits eg. 160000( don’t include comas) , Below there is price prefix, this applies on for rent properties where you write the word month( meaning per month) the lot size is the size of the land or plot, entre number of bed room eg 3,2,1
- You can mark property as featured, if you want it to appear on top,
- Upload a featured image and other images in the gallery. A featured image is the most important of all these items. Imagine a buyer seeing the real property but not physically, online without visiting the property. You have to make sure you got the right angles of the property and your images have to be very clear. Avoid using WhatsApp shared images because such apps compress the image and lose its quality. If you really want to sell your property, we recommend you hire a professional photographer or us a camera to take nice photos
